What we keep

Your email and a hash of your password; your company details and logo; the proposals, clauses and files you create or upload; and, if you send a free-rebuild request, the name, company, email, phone and files on that form. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

What we use it for

Running your account, rebuilding a proposal you asked us to rebuild, billing, and replying to you. Nothing else. We do not sell or rent it, and there is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

Who else sees it

Stripe, for payments. Our email provider, for the messages we send you. Anyone you give a proposal link to can open that proposal.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. That is the only cookie Bidletter sets.

Deleting your data

Email us and we delete your account and everything in it.
