What Bidletter does

Bidletter formats proposals from figures and wording you provide. You are responsible for the prices, scope and terms in every proposal you send. Bidletter does not estimate, check or guarantee any figure.

Your account

One subscription covers one company. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is sent from your account.

Price and billing

$66 a month, billed in advance by card through Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing page; the subscription runs to the end of the month you paid for. If you don't use it in your first month, ask and we refund that month in full.

Your content

Your proposals, letterhead, clauses and uploaded files stay yours. We store them to run the service and do not sell or share them. If you cancel, ask and we delete them.

Free rebuilds

A proposal you send for a free rebuild is used only to rebuild it for you. You keep the rebuilt PDF whether or not you subscribe.

Availability

We work to keep Bidletter running, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Our liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months.

Changes

If these terms change, we tell subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
